Amber here ! I’ve been doing hair for 20 years and couldn’t imagine doing anything else . I’ve been at sola on my own since January 2019. Things quickly took off for me so expect a couple months wait for new clients . Regulars please be sure book 2-3 appointments out with me so we can ensure your preferred days & times . I specialize in foilayage , color, cut and style. I am no longer taking men or children ( apologies for the inconvenience). If you don’t see your preferred appointment day and time the best way to reach me is through the “waitlist “ option at the bottom of the calendar when looking for an appointment. Be sure to put availability, services required & extend the date out . This is the best way for me to keep track of those trying to get in rather then going back and forth on several different messaging platforms 🤗 Cancellations- it happens , life happens … I get it. I have a pretty high tolerance for these things . However there are reminders 3 days prior & 24 hours prior to your appointment, if you know for reasons other then life -( illness , tragic event or likewise ) -that you aren’t going to make your appointment please give sufficient notice / i consider 3 days AKA when you get your 1st reminder/ the minimum of notice required . I do have a cancellation/no show policy in place and reserve the right to use it .

In the event that you need to cancel your appointment, please be sure to give me a minimum of a 24-hour notice. This allows other guests to book an appointment during this time slot. Any appointments that are canceled with less than a 24-hour notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of all scheduled service(s). I understand life happens , so of course there will be special circumstances where the fee will be waived . I appreciate you all & Thankyou for understanding . 3 or more last minute cancellation or no shows will result in discontinued service
